Saudi Pioneers Construction ‘s commitment is to provide Construction activities and services provided comply with highest construction quality standards and meet the expectations of the client on time and conform to the quality requirements established for all projects. For this purpose, Saudi Pioneer Construction Company (SPC) has developed & maintained the quality process system including the quality plan, quality control and quality assurance in accordance with quality standards implemented through the client Requirements and specs. The quality plan outlines the organization and its policies which have been established to ensure that all construction activities are carried out under full controlled conditions and all related quality optimum standard. Saudi Pioneers Construction ‘s policy is implemented at all levels of the employees by acting on all employees’ methods, employee’s positions, highest Improvement, attitude, training and culture. On top of that, the management directly conveys the message to all staff and subcontractor’s representatives responsible for quality for optimum results.
Health, Safety & Environment Policy
Saudi Pioneers Construction ‘s is dedicated to ensuring that the safest possible conditions exist on its projects. We have implemented a program of Zero Tolerance; that is Saudi Pioneers Construction will not tolerate any unsafe acts or conditions. If such unsafe acts or conditions exist, they may result in removal from site and/or termination. Occupational Health and Safety supports every worker’s right to a safe and healthy workplace. The duty and responsibility for creating and maintaining a healthy and safe workplace falls on every person in this place. Everyone has a personal and shared responsibility for working together, cooperatively to prevent occupational injuries and illnesses. The ultimate objective of the IRS (Internal Responsibility System) is to ensure everyone integrates health and safety into all aspects of their work. It is Saudi Pioneers Construction’s policy to work in the spirit of consultation and cooperation with our employees and sub-trades for the purpose of ensuring that SPC safety program is complied with, to meet the highest possible standards. We will create the safest possible work environment. Safety and production are not mutually exclusive. Safe production is the cornerstone of Saudi Pioneers Construction culture Saudi Pioneers Construction belief is that through proper planning hazards can be identified, eliminated or controlled. Pre-job Safety Assessments (PSA) is a required element of an effective program.
